Johnstone’s Paint Trophy grabbing the bulls by the horns!
The Johnstone’s Paint Trophy will be putting Hereford United’s name up in lights next week when it pays tribute to the club in a special feature. The trophy is shining the spotlight on the Bulls as they take on Aldershot Town in the second round of the trophy on Tuesday evening. A football fanatic from Johnstone’s will be visiting Edgar Street, speaking to some of the fans, and getting their views ahead of the game.

Their pictures and comments will then go live, here on our website, along with a match report and thoughts from manager John Trewick, the following day.
The special feature is a new idea from the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy, as it focuses on one club in each round, in a bid to engage with as many supporters as possible.
We will be sampling the pies, looking at the match programme and generally savouring the atmosphere before reporting back with a unique report from the evening.
Sponsorship manager Teresa Hardwick said: “Hereford’s game with Aldershot Town appealed to us, as the club has a tradition of cup success.
“Not only that, but the club chairman Graham Turner also has some fond memories of this competition from his days as Wolves manager, so we thought it would be nice to kick off our season of features at Edgar Street.
“The club has a lot of history, and we believe Hereford’s pitch is one of the widest in the country, so there is plenty of interesting talking points during the evening.
“We’ll be sampling the fine Edgar Street cuisine, speaking to fans, and getting under the skin of the club, and we can’t wait!”
Johnstone’s. Bringing colour to the beautiful game.
